Use whatever paint and paper you have, along with anything that can make a mark!
If you don’t have any paint brushes at home but left-over paint, I can should how to make fun marks using things lying around your house from old credit cards, vegetables and fruit, scone cutters, toy cars. Cotton buds, tooth brushes, sticks and salad spinners!
