Art Classes with Caroline Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to all Art Classes with Caroline events which run for students and students applied for and consented to by the parent or guardian. Art Classes with Caroline reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions as the situation arises.

2. Art Classes with Caroline reserves the right to exclude/refuse students from classes, for reasons of unsuitability, disciplinary or other at our own discretion.

3. Art Classes with Caroline reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and

assigned teaching staff.

4. Fees are reviewed annually in September.

5. Fees & Cancellation: Your place will be secure once we receive your fees. If you wish to cancel

your booking we will make a full refund up to 5 working days before the commencement of

your term. Once the term has started and students have attended classes there is no refunds on

classes missed during the term.

6. Students participate at the parent/guardian’s own risk and parents/guardians enrolling children

and teenagers into art clubs must fill out a consent form before the term starts and are obliged

to inform Art classes with Caroline and its staff of any existing significant medical conditions,

allergies or special needs.

7. Your child will not be permitted to leave the premises until a recognised family member,friend

or child minder is there to collect them. Please inform us if you wish to make alternative

arrangements or wish your child to walk home.

Parents and students
If you wish to enroll or enroll a student with Art Classes with Caroline, we will collect the following personal data: your name , parent or guardian’s name; contact and address details; relationship to the student; emergency contact numbers; name, and date of birth of student; and any medical conditions or special needs the student has. If the student is over 16 years of age, please ensure that you have their permission to share these details with us.

Art classes with Caroline will from time to time take photographs and film footage of students during class time for use in Art classes with Caroline marketing and publicity material (both online and offline). We do not take images of students faces. We capture art being created and the finished artworks. If you do not wish or the student you are enrolling to be photographed/filmed please let Art Classes with Caroline know in writing or email artclasseswithcarolinekeane@gmail.com

Online payments made to Art Classes with Caroline are processed securely by Sum up and the information you provide is communicated in a strongly-encrypted format between Sum up and your bank or credit card company. Art Classes with Caroline does not directly collect, process or store financial information.
